    I experience allergic reactions to many of the foods mentioned. I have a histamine intolerance, so I don't do well with bone broth or fermented foods. I also react negatively to all grains and legumes. I wonder if there are options within the TIGER protocol that would work for me.

    Legumes seeds and grains are incredibly inflamatory to the human body, causing disbetes snf all kinds of chronic inflamatory conditions, all planrs also break down into sugar in yhe body. I was vegan for years, and had crohns, feed tubes, severe malnutrition and a few other hronic illnesses, the only thing that has helped me get all my chronic illness into remission is a high fat 0 fiber moderate protein anaimal baded diet my heart is better reversed kidney disease fro n stage 4 to gone i owe my life to the car ivore diet, and so many ither ppl see the benefits of a animal based diet, dont let these drs continue tk bury thr research showing that meat id actually benegicial to humans and push their ideological ignorant ways of not learning and wanting to learn more, and do research to make sure u get your best health poasuble, and the government, anf mosy these drs im sorry are desd wrong.

      I think everyone needs to remember that each person is on an individual health journey. One of the main issues in western medicine is that treatment is often monolithic. It's more about the controlling the symptoms than finding the root cause. What works for one person may not work for another or can even be detrimental. Educate yourself about your body & health. Be aware of how you react to what you eat, drink & adapt accordingly. Green tea is great for your health, but makes me feel awful, so I don't drink it. Learn, adapt and be positive. I never did breathing exercises or meditated, thought it was ridiculous. I do breathing exercises four times a day & it helps me focus. Wishing you good health.

    The one big mistake dr. LI makes over and over again is HOW fruits and, vegetables are GROWN, or HOW animals are FED : these conditions have a radical impact on the NUTRITIONAL VALUE. Meat from an 'MGO corn-fed' cow is not the same as meat from a 'grass-fed' cow. ... Soy is never 'just' soy ! As a tomato is never 'only' a tomato. Etc. ... . G, from Flanders, Europe.

      I agree with you. But I would think that the key thing is to have people eat as healthy as they possibly can, even if that means buying organic and 'clean' meat from a grocery store. Not everyone has time to garden and grow their own meat/chicken etc.

If you wanted to be a bit more inclusive, you could consider updating your language to 'people who ovulate' --- or making one extra slide at the beginning saying that you understand gender and sex diversity, and that when you speak about 'women' you are speaking about people who menstruate and ovulate.
